Job Purpose:

The EH&S Manager is responsible for EHaSP for the assigned facility.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and safety, Environmental Science or related discipline

10 or more years of experience managing EHS programs in a manufacturing setting

Demonstrated success implementing and improving EHS policies, practices and, procedures

Experience with Title V facilitation

Demonstrated success with PSM programs

Demonstrated success influencing and changing safety behaviors

Additional Preferred Education / Experience:

Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as CSP, CHMM etc.

Major Responsibilities:

Develop, direct, implement and maintain EHS management systems and processes

Anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control health and safety exposures

Effectively integrate programs with facility business plan

Continuous improvement of safety performance

Train, coach and influence co-workers safety behaviors
