  1. I invented a new construction Guardrail, not for sale yet, but expected to prevent many many injuries, and save hundreds of millions of dollars. can be seen at “Gary Chipman OSHA”. I am trying to prevent injuries….. promote my invention maybe, but not promote my self ? most falls are from under 10 ft.
